The autumn colors in Vermont causes a migration of leaf-peepers and we have fallen under the spell of maple trees and autumn decorations. A drive from Essex to Woodstock with a stop in Stowe, yields plentiful photos with a newfound addiction to maple creemees. The availability of fresh local dairy cream and maple syrup is an unbeatable, creamy obsessive combination.
